Tom D’Alessandro Sr. 

President & CEO

- Tom D'Alessandro Sr., founder of Direct Marketing Group Inc., has been building successful advertising campaigns for clients since 1984. Tom’s experience spans over 33 years, earning countless awards for excellence in his field. This includes nearly a decade of senior positions in various national and regional advertising firms. Later, Tom served as Vice President for an agency specializing in co-op advertising solutions for home furnishing manufacturers . The company executed integrated campaigns for national clients such as Serta, as well as several other national firms.

Direct Marketing Group Inc., a full service advertising, marketing and public relations firm. For the past 25 years, Tom has helped BtoB, BtoC and CPG firms to benefit from cross-channel integrated strategies, that include cost-effective solutions to help grow awareness and revenue.
Tom resides in Ocean County NJ, where he enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy, visits from his 4 grandchildren, financial market derivative trading and of course, sailing.

Passionate about the family business and marketing in general, Tom takes great joy in building new business relationships and helping them to grow.
A graduate of Stockton University, he studied communications and business, all while interning at DMG. After graduating, Tom spent several years working in the advertising department of a large regional newspaper publication in the Philadelphia market. Tom knew from day one that keeping his clients happy was a process of attention to details and client needs, living by the doctrine of under-promising while over-delivering.
Tom and his wife Maria, both share a love for world travel.

Since joining DMG Inc. in 2012, Christina has proven her enthusiasm for creating powerful, memorable designs that grab the attention of our client’s target market. Christina is well versed in the latest cutting edge graphic design software and plays an important role in all aspects of print & digital production planning and execution.
